 We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible. Despite this, a slight variation in items may occur. Every Batch is different, please note all of the items within this website is handmade by bombilicious fruity fizzies.  Pictures may vary, the colour might be brighter or lighter however they still work the same. We provide you will all information we possibly can including the ingredients.  We often get asked about products and whether they are hypoallergenic or good for sensitive skin - all we can reply is that these terms cover a huge range and it is not possible to say whether one person may react with a product when another may not.  All our products are SLS free and paraben free, Although please check descriptions - these are often what cause skin irritations. Most of our cosmetic products contain almond oil and although experts are divided on whether external contact with this will cause a reaction - it is always best for us to mention it for those who suffer nut allergies. 

Items listed within this website are in pound sterling and we ship to the UK only. 

Payments can be made by Bank Transfer. All payments are due before dispatch of goods at the point of ordering. If your payment fails your order will be cancelled unless you contact to specify otherwise. 

No items will be made or dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.

  If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you use when you originally paid for your order. Any issues with your order such as product shortage, damages or any discrepancies must be reported to us via email at melaniebrown0802@outlook.com within 7 days from your order dispatch date, stating your order and reason why you wish to return your products. if you contact us any later than 7 days your return/ refund may be void and unaccepted.
Refunds will not be issued where bath bombs or similar items have surface cracks or small amount of perfectly spherical. Cracks and small amount of unevenness and imperfection are present on hand made items. ALL ITEMS ON THIS WEBSITE IS HANDMADE and this is a part of the charm of hand made products - they may not be perfect or flawless. this is no way effects their primary function, however may effect it cosmetically in appearance. 

Refunds or Replacements will be issued if the item is broken in half or smashed - when we send our products to you, we have ensured that we have securely and safely packaged every item. However we understand that accidents can happen. In the Event of this, we will require photographic evidence, and/or courier evidence before/or if any action will be taken.
Items damaged due to weather conditions is beyond our control  no returns accepted or refunds issued. In the Event that your order was damaged we ask that you repackage your damaged items, after corresponding with us, and return them to us at which time we'll either issue a refund or replace the damaged products. 

Goods delivered but customer claiming they have not received - When goods are delivered by courier the tracking is updated to reflect such. If you claim that it has not been received ( because left in a safe place or left with a neighbour without you selecting this option on your tracking information or leaving a note ) we will contact the courier and report the complaint. we will contact you to advise of the couriers investigation and the outcome, if a signature has been received we will send you a copy of the electronic signature and name in order to try and trace the parcel. 

We reserve the rights to decline a refund/return if we do not feel the reason for said return are sufficient or true. 

Should you decide that you no longer would like your order you can request a refund if/only your order was placed within 24hours from the date and time of ordering to request a cancellation and a full refund will be given. any requests after this time will be nil and void. we reorder ingredients daily, so after this time we will have spent money out for ingredients needed to fulfil your order therefore we are unable to refund in these circumstances.

Most bath bombs contain body safe colourants and fragrances and will not stain either a person or a bath tub. As with all bath products - please rinse bath after use to remove any particles (e.g. glitter or lavender etc) and any remnant of colour. Please make sure your bath is clean before use - eg a 'tide mark' on a bath may attract more colour than a clean surface. If your bath tub is painted or damaged, it is advisable to avoid bath bombs with colour as the porous areas will attract the colour and prove difficult to remove.
Bath Bombs are highly coloured products and are such transference can occur to skin or clothing if handling when wet. Please note that they are only temporary discoloured to skin and will not cause any lasting staining. All our items are based on water Soluble dyes.
All products are for external use only. Bath bombs are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Bombilicious will not be held responsible for any personal injuries that occur from misuse of goods advised on this website.
By purchasing from this website you AGREE you are happy with receiving your order within the stated timescale at the time of the order. We will not accept any refunds or returns based on timescale issues. Please read more in our Returns policy above.
